How Activation Works
After choosing a WebsDocs Voice Agent plan and completing payment, you receive an activation email with your Voice Agent activation code. Use that code on this page to create your business voice profile, generate the install snippet, create dashboard access, and prepare the required voice-company-profile.json file for your website.

Add your company name, industry, languages, Voice Agent name, opening greeting, and a short summary of what your business does.

Once the Voice Agent is created, use the result area below the form. First download the JSON file, then copy the install snippet, then open the dashboard details for client access.
Click Download JSON and save the file as
voice-company-profile.json.
Upload the file to your website so the final path becomes

Click Copy snippet and paste it before the closing

After payment or approval, WebsDocs sends the activation code by email. Use that code with your client email and approved website URL to start the setup.
No. The setup is created for the approved website URL. If you need the Voice Agent on another domain, use a separate approved setup.

No. Transcript and usage records can be available for dashboard review, but raw audio storage depends on the active plan, profile settings, and consent requirements.
Voice usage is controlled by voice credits. The operating rule is
1 voice credit = 1 billable voice second.
