Knowledge lookup, indexing, and retrieval visibility
Review how approved business knowledge is prepared and used. RAG lookup is counted when knowledge is searched for an answer. RAG indexing is counted when knowledge is imported, refreshed, chunked, embedded, or prepared for retrieval.

What RAG means in billing
RAG lookup is counted when the system searches approved business knowledge to prepare an answer or workflow step. RAG indexing is counted when business knowledge is imported, refreshed, chunked, embedded, or prepared for retrieval. This panel shows client-safe visibility only; internal vector IDs, worker names, storage names, and provider traces are not shown.

Prepaid automation capacity and ledger
Included capacity is used first. Additional top-up capacity is prepaid and applied according to the active service rules. Larger packs add more capacity for higher-volume chat, workflow, RAG, voice, and human-review activity.

Prepaid usage rule
The active service period includes allocated automation capacity. Optional top-ups add prepaid capacity for additional usage according to the plan terms. Older test rows may still appear until a clean generated site is tested with the new handler and dashboard worker.
