Clear pricing paths for services, AI systems, business tools, premium products, and structured next steps

WebsDocs pricing is organized by category so you can review the right range before moving deeper into a service, system, premium product, estimator, or quote path. Some work fits clear starting ranges, while more layered or specialized projects are priced by scope, structure, and implementation depth.

The goal is not to compress serious work into a flat rate card. It is to give visitors a clearer starting point, show how pricing is grouped across the platform, and make it easier to move toward the right next step.

What happens after checkout

Checkout confirms the selected plan and care cycle. The payment record is saved for billing review, then WebsDocs creates a paid activation code and sends the activation path to the client and WebsDocs.

Activation is completed by the client because the assistant needs real company information: website domain, business name, assistant name, services, FAQs, support rules, routing preferences, and approved knowledge. After activation, the system generates the assistant profile, install snippet, CRM Dashboard details, and company-profile.json.

Open activation page Open support ticket

Give WebsDocs about 5 minutes to start the paid assistant path after checkout. The code and activation flow move quickly when payment, email, plan, and domain details are correct.

Support tickets are used for activation issues, dashboard access, billing or usage questions, widget behavior, integration help, email delivery, and technical troubleshooting.

Project Scope & Pricing Ladder

Structured website packages that scale with project depth.

WebsDocs website development pricing is organized by scope, from focused foundation builds to broader strategic website systems. You can estimate your project first or choose a starting tier when your direction is already clear.

For express starts, each tier can begin with a 50% advance based on the lower end of the package range: Foundation starts from $900, Business from $1,750, Professional from $3,250, Advanced from $7,500, and Enterprise / Strategic Custom from $17,500. Final scope, remaining balance, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed through the Scope of Work.

  • More advanced structural planning
  • Stronger long-range scalability
Tier 05

Enterprise / Strategic Custom

$35,000–$100,000+

  • Institutional or enterprise scope
  • Strategic custom structure
  • Large system depth and scale
  • Tailored review and planning path

How scope is typically determined

Final pricing usually depends on content load, architecture depth, workflow requirements, number of sections or templates, integrations, system behavior, review depth, documentation needs, and whether the project is a focused implementation or part of a broader phased delivery path.

How larger projects usually begin

Higher-value work often begins with a scoped review, structured planning discussion, or phased implementation path rather than a one-line fixed quote. This allows project structure, technical depth, and delivery stages to be aligned before final confirmation.

Website Optimization Pricing

One-time optimization scopes and ongoing care plans for websites that need stronger performance, structure, and refinement.

Website Optimization can begin as a focused one-time improvement scope or continue through a recurring care plan. Use the scope tiers for defined optimization work, or choose a monthly / annual plan for ongoing review, refinement, and continuous improvement.

How scope is usually defined

Portal scope is usually shaped around topic hierarchy, document relationships, public access needs, navigation depth, search and discovery behavior, and the amount of structured content that needs to work together.

How projects usually begin

Most portal projects begin with a scope discussion, a review of existing material, or a rough portal outline. Once the structure, audience, and knowledge depth are clearer, the right implementation tier and delivery path can be confirmed.
