What should I include in a new ticket?

Describe what happened, what you expected and the page or feature involved. Add a workspace, listing or invoice reference if you have one. You can attach a screenshot or small file.

How do I return to an existing ticket?

Use your Ticket ID, email and access code in the login form above. You can read replies, upload files and follow the status from the same dashboard.

Where is my ticket access code?

Check the email address used when you opened the ticket, including spam and junk. If it has not arrived, open a request about email delivery and mention your existing Ticket ID if available.

Can I get Directory help without a paid plan?

Yes. Choose Directory help for listings, Owner access, hosted pages, publication review or verification. You do not need a paid plan or your own domain to ask for help.

Where do I manage RTD and BizDesk?

Voice, Chat, Human Inbox and BizDesk workflows share the RTD workspace. Open your RTD dashboard for configuration and account details. Include the workspace reference when asking for help.

How do I ask about a payment or top-up?

Choose Billing / Credits / Payments in the ticket form. Include the invoice or transaction reference and the workspace affected. Do not include card numbers or passwords.

How do I add information after submitting?

Log in to the existing ticket and reply there. Your messages, attachments and status stay in the same conversation. Open a new ticket only for a different issue.

What does “Waiting for Client” mean?

The team needs information or a confirmation from you. Open the ticket, read the latest reply and add the requested details.

Can I speak or chat with the WebsDocs agent?

Use Ask WebsDocs at the bottom of this page, then choose Chat or Voice. Voice requests microphone access only when you start a call. For a tracked team request, open a support ticket.

How do I request access to or removal of my data?

Choose Privacy / Data Request in the ticket form. Identify the service and records concerned. The team can request verification before handling private account information.
